For purchases made before h 13:00 (Italian time) the shipment will be undertaken, unless impediments, the same day (in case it is not possible, we'll ship, the next working day).
Are excluded orders with payment that must be verified (such as the bank transfer), in these cases the order will be processed as soon as the payment has been received.
We will ship your items by DHL courier and the shipping times vary by the delivery areas. You can see the exact times of shipping and the costs of shipping during the order, when you'll insert your shipping address.

The day of shipment, you will receive an email with the tracking code (you can find it also in your profile on our site), so that you will be able to track the shipment directly online.

Change Shipping Address

If you have inserted a wrong shipping address during the purchase, send an email to info@gioielleriamomentipreziosi.it, we will change the address for you if the package is not already on the road.
To facilitate delivery and to avoid any kind of inconvenience, please always insert the street number and telephone number in the address.
